- Added additional information on recipients for Army Corps of Engineers.
- Reviewed whether certain entries met the earmark definition.
- Changed citation of certain earmarks in the Department of Education from 2005 appropriations to the underlying authorization statute.
- Corrected citation source for earmarks in U.S. Department of Agriculture and Department of Transportation to reflect their mention in authorization report language.
- Removed reference to authorization bills on agency pages in the 2005 appropriation data. Earmarks in authorization bills and reports will be added to the website at a later time.

- Removed double counts from Department of Defense earmarks, resulting in a $108 million decrease to the total tabulated monetary value.
- Added new information for recipients previously labeled "not yet available" for Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Transportation.
- Corrected amounts for across-the-board rescissions in Department of Energy.
- Made minor corrections to Department of Commerce, Department of Justice, Environmental Protection Agency.
Please note that for some earmarks with multiple recipients, the amount has not yet been allocated
among the intended recipients. In these cases, the aggregate amount is listed under one (usually the
primary) recipient. The "amount" column for the other recipients is left blank in order to calculate the
correct total amount of earmarked funds.
