(1) GRANTS.'The Secretary shall make grants to establish and maintain a center for transportation injury research at the Calspan University of Buffalo Research Center affiliated with the State University of New York at Buffalo. (2) FUNDING.'Of the amounts made available under section 5001(a)(2) of this Act, $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1998 through 2003 shall be available to carry out this subsection.
