Description: The TSC Program funds will be used for construction of a new Red Gate Road Bridge and roadway crossing the Fox River between IL-31 and IL-25. This river crossing is located approximately 2.7 miles north of Strategic Regional Arterial IL 64 passing through downtown St. Charles. The total project cost is estimated at $30 million.
