Description: The funds will be used to assist in the completion of the improvements to Leavenworth County Route #1 (RS 209). These improvements are to enhance the transportation connectivity between an interchange with Interstate 70/Kansas Turnpike and K-32. Reconstruction of County Route #1 will be performed from K-32 north 5.6 miles to US-24, just south of Tonganoxie, Kansas. The TCSP program funds will be applied to the project from I-70 south to K-32.
